Words in bold italic should be replaced with the settings given on your confirmation letter.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook in the usual way.

2. Select services from the tools menu.

The window below should appear.

3. Select the entry in the window for "Internet E Mail" and then click on the properties button.

The window below should appear.

4. Change your E Mail address entry to xxxxxx@companyname.co.uk (you should substitute xxxxxx for anything you want, e.g. sales, info, tom, dick or harry) The Name and Organisation boxes should reflect your company details. Click the "Apply" button.

5. Select the server tab, you should see the window shown below.

6. Change the Incoming Mail Server details to show the account name of "companyname.co.uk" and the password should be entered as "password" (passwords and account names should always be entered in lower case)

7. Click the "Apply" button.

8. Click the OK button.

9. Close and Re - Open the program.

You should now be able to collect mail from your domain E Mail address.
